Allow users who upload an attachment to delete that attachment

      I would like to be able to delete the attachments I uploaded.
      There are however no "Remove" links there, as I'm guessing I don't have the correct permissions.

      If a user has uploaded an attachment, they should automatically be allowed to remove them?
