When receiving an email notification regarding a page update, anchor links contained in the page did not redirect to the defined anchored location. For example:

      1. A page that contain an anchor link that linked to:
        h1. Link1

Hence, the anchor link generated should be:

        • http://<server BaseURL>/display/TST/HTML+macro#HTMLmacro-Link1

      2. However, the anchor link generated in the email notification is:

        • http://<server baseURL>/#HTMLmacro-Link1

[CONFCLOUD-9435] Anchor link within an email notification is invalid

I am cleaning up issues reported against very old versions of Confluence with no activity in the last 4 years.
If the issue is still applicable to the latest version, please comment and I will re-open it.
