Provide some sort of logging to track changes made to the Space Permissions page.

      Our Security guys have pointed out that there's no way to see what Space Administrator has made changes to Space Permissions, such as adding an individual and then removing him. For Compliancy purposes and auditing this needs to be tracked so that it can be shown who had access to a Space, when they had the access and who gave it to them.

      Something similar for Group Membership would also be needed...
