Better pagination when searching through groups

      When looking for groups to administer, there is no easy way to jump forward in the list. Confluence shows 25 at a time. If we have 20,000 groups, this could be almost unusable. What we need is the ability to search within a result set, specifically, to search for a group by name in all lists of groups. An improved pagination scheme would be beneficial, too.
