blog-posts macro: add parameter for columns

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      If you use the blog-posts macro, with content=titles, 3 columns are displayed. If would be a good improvement if there was a parameter to specify which columns you're interested in. I don't care too much about the author column for instance. Being able to omit the author column could make the output of the blog-posts look a lot better if it's displayed inside a "narrow" column (names are now being wrapped).
