Issue Summary

Configured Jira bulk actions within Smart Sections on a Confluence Whiteboard unexpectedly disappear, leaving the sections intact but resetting them to the "Create Action" state. Additionally, viewing or previewing older versions in version history fails to display previously saved action setups.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Confluence Whiteboard and add one or more Smart Sections.

1. Configure Jira bulk actions on the Smart Sections (e.g., updating status, priority, or labels when Jira items are moved into the section).

1. Use the board and subsequently access More actions (•••) > History to preview earlier versions, or reload the board after collaborative use.

1. Check the Smart Sections on the whiteboard.

Expected Results

Smart Section Jira bulk action configurations persist on the whiteboard and remain visible and restorable when viewing version history.

Actual Results

Smart Section Jira action configurations disappear from the whiteboard and do not display when previewing previous versions in version history.

Workaround

To recover the configurations, open More actions (•••) > History, select a version saved prior to when the actions disappeared, and click Restore as new whiteboard. If this does not restore the actions, they must be manually reconfigured on each affected Smart Section.
