Issue Summary
When the Space parameter of the Recent updates macro is set to "*", blog posts from spaces created with the Knowledge base or Collaboration purpose are not shown.
According to the documentation, "*" is the same as "@all" and should include all spaces on the site:
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-recent-updates-macro/
Steps to Reproduce
Step 1. Create a space with the Knowledge base purpose and a space with the Collaboration purpose.
Step 2. Publish a blog post in each of these spaces.
Step 3. For comparison, publish a blog post in an existing site space (not a Knowledge base or Collaboration space).
Step 4. On any page, insert the Recent updates macro with the following settings, and publish the page.
- Space: *
- Include in list: Blog posts
- Show all updates: Off
Step 5. View the page.
Expected Results
The macro shows blog posts from all spaces the user can view, including the Knowledge base and Collaboration spaces.
Actual Results
- The blog post in the existing site space is shown.
- The blog posts in the Knowledge base and Collaboration spaces are not shown.
- The same blog posts are shown when the Space parameter is set to only that space, or to "@global".
- The result is the same in view mode and edit mode. It does not change after waiting, so this is not an indexing delay.
No errors are shown in the UI.

Workaround
In the macro's Space parameter, remove "*" and specify both "@personal" and "@global". With this setting, blog posts from all spaces are shown, including Knowledge base and Collaboration spaces.
