Issue Summary

When a Content Properties (Page Properties) macro has the Hidden parameter set to true ("Hide from view" enabled), the macro body content is correctly hidden on the published page. However, when viewing any previous version of the same page via Version History, the hidden content is fully visible — regardless of whether "Highlight changes" is toggled on or off.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 : Create a new Confluence Cloud page.
2. Step 2 : Insert a Content Properties (Page Properties) macro onto the page.
3. Step 3: Add a two-column table inside the macro body with sample key-value data (e.g., Key: "Owner", Value: "Test User").
4. Step: 4: Select the macro → open the configuration panel → set Hidden (Hide from view) to true.
5. Step 5: Publish the page.
6. Step 6: Verify the published page — the Content Properties macro body should be hidden (not visible). ✅
7. Step 7: Edit the page again, make a minor change outside the macro (e.g., add a line of text), and publish.
8. Step 8: Open ⋯ (More actions) → Version history.
9. Step 9: Select the previous version (version 1) to view it.
10. Step 10: Observe the Content Properties macro body content in the version history view.

Expected Results

The Content Properties macro body content should remain hidden in the Version History view, consistent with:

• The published page behavior (where hidden content is suppressed)

• Confluence Data Center behavior (where hidden content stays hidden in version history)

Actual Results

The Content Properties macro body content is fully visible in the Version History view. This occurs:

With "Highlight changes" enabled

With "Highlight changes" disabled

On all previous versions of the page

No exception is thrown in logs — this is a rendering-level issue where the Version History renderer does not apply the hidden parameter suppression.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
