Issue Summary
Jira Chart macro (2D / "two-dimensional" chart) in Confluence Cloud generates drill-down links that drop the context path of the linked Jira Server/Data Center instance. When the connected Jira is served under a context path (e.g. /jira1), the chart's table-cell /issues/?jql=… links resolve to the bare host and fail.
Steps to Reproduce
1. In Confluence Cloud, connect to a Jira Server/DC instance whose base/display URL includes a context path (e.g. https://jira.example.com/jira1).
2. Add a Jira Chart macro with chartType=twodimensional (e.g. x-axis = components, stat type = version) pointing at a saved filter.
3. Publish and view the page as an authenticated user; confirm the chart renders real Jira data.
4. Hover/click any numeric table cell (a drill-down link).
Expected Results
Drill-down link includes the context path: https://jira.example.com/jira1/issues/?jql=filter=111111
Actual Results
Drill-down link omits the context path and resolves to the bare host: https://jira.example.com/issues/?jql=filter=11111
• Chart data fetch and rendering work correctly (isAuthenticated=true, live data shown).
• Only the generated hyperlink target is wrong.
