False success banner on "Recover permissions" in Confluence Free—should prompt user to upgrade

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to a Confluence Cloud site on the Free plan.

1. Navigate to Confluence Administration (⚙) > Security > Space permissions (Space Management).

1. Locate a space where the current administrator lacks permissions.

1. Click Recover permissions next to the space. Success note is displayed

Expected Results

UI should prompt user to upgrade Confluence plan when attempting to recover space permissions on Free tier

Actual Results

Admins gets confirmation message that permission are restored.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
