Issue Summary

On live pages, an inline macro that was migrated from Connect to Forge shows its old Connect version when it's placed inside a migrated bodied macro.

Steps to Reproduce

 1.  Install an app that was migrated from Connect to Forge and has both a bodied macro and an inline macro.
 2.  Create a live page.
 3.  Insert the migrated bodied macro.
 4.  Inside its body, insert the migrated inline macro.
 5.  View the page.

Expected Results

The nested inline macro shows its Forge version.

Actual Results

The nested inline macro shows its Connect version. 

Workaround

Use a regular page instead of a live page for this scenario.
