      Issue Summary

Users are unable to upload attachments larger than 100MB via the Confluence REST API, even when the site-wide attachment limit is configured for a higher value (e.g., 2GB). The upload fails with an HTTP 502 protocol error because a security filter in the REST API enforces a hard 100MB limit.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure the Confluence Cloud site attachment limit to a value greater than 100MB (e.g., 2GB).
      2. Attempt to upload a file larger than 100MB (e.g., 120MB) using the Confluence REST API attachment endpoint.
      3. Observe the response from the server.

      Expected Results

The REST API should respect the site-wide attachment limit and allow the upload to complete successfully.

      Actual Results

The upload is rejected by a security filter, resulting in an HTTP 502 error and a protocol reset.

      Workaround

Users can upload files larger than 100MB directly through the Confluence UI, which correctly respects the site-wide attachment limit.
