Issue Summary

When a macro (e.g., draw.io) is placed inside a single-column layout (ac:layout-section ac:type="single"), clicking on the macro in the page editor selects the page layout element instead of the macro. The macro edit button and other macro controls do not appear. Instead, page layout controls are shown.
This issue occurs when an empty paragraph element exists in the layout cell before the macro.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create or open a page that contains a macro inside a single-column layout.
2.  Ensure there is an empty paragraph element in the layout cell before the macro (this commonly occurs on pages migrated from Data Center).
3.  Open the page in edit mode.
4. Hover over the macro and notice the macro title (e.g., "Drawio"). Hovering shows a tooltip "Configure [macro name]".
5. Click on the macro title.

Expected Results

Macro edit button and other macro element controls appear under the macro. Clicking the edit button opens the macro editor/configuration.

Actual Results

Page layout controls appear instead of macro controls. There is no way to edit the macro from within the editor. If a second identical macro exists in the same layout cell WITHOUT an empty paragraph preceding it, that macro's controls appear normally when clicked.

Workaround

1. Open the page in edit mode. 2. Click on the macro title. 3. Press Enter on the keyboard. 4. Click on the macro title again — the macro edit button now appears at the bottom, along with copy and delete buttons. Alternatively: Cut the macro (Ctrl+X), paste it back (Ctrl+V), and publish. This permanently restores editability for that macro.
