Issue Summary

In Confluence Cloud, certain macros such as Include Page, Excerpt, and Content by Label display an internal vertical scrollbar even when there is sufficient space to show the content. This behavior creates nested scrolling areas, impacting readability and user experience across different browsers and platforms.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Confluence page.
2. Add a macro that includes or aggregates content (e.g., Excerpt macro, Include Page macro, or Content by Label macro).
3. Add enough content to the macro so it is visible, but ensure it does not exceed the vertical space of the page.
4. Publish the page and view it in a browser (e.g., Firefox, Edge, or Safari).
5. Observe the appearance of a secondary vertical scrollbar within the macro container.

Expected Results

The macro content should expand to fit the page space and display without a secondary internal vertical scrollbar when space is sufficient.

Actual Results

Macros display a redundant internal vertical scrollbar, often varying based on browser zoom levels or viewing modes (View vs. Edit).

Workaround
