Issue Summary
When editing the Scroll Title macro on a complex Confluence page, its configuration panel can open the configuration for a nested Scroll Table Layout macro instead.
In other cases, the Scroll Title configuration panel remains loading indefinitely and cannot be used until page is refreshed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create or open a complex Confluence page in edit mode.
- Add more than 10+ Scroll Title macros to the page.
- Create repeated nested structures where a Scroll Table Layout macro is the first child of a Scroll Title macro.
- Select a Scroll Title macro and choose Edit.
- Repeat the edit interaction across multiple Scroll Title macros.
Expected Results
Selecting Edit on a Scroll Title macro should always open the configuration panel for that selected Scroll Title macro.
Actual Results
When selecting Edit on a Scroll Title macro:
- the configuration panel for a nested or nearby Scroll Table Layout macro may open instead; or
- the Scroll Title configuration panel remains in a permanent loading state.
Refreshing the browser or retrying the interaction may temporarily allow the correct Scroll Title configuration to load
Workaround
Refresh the browser and it will fix show the configuration for scroll title.
