Issue Summary
- Users are unable to customize the display settings of the User Profile macro in Confluence Cloud, specifically the panel width and view modes. While documentation suggests these options exist, they are missing from the macro settings in the Cloud version.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create or edit a Confluence Cloud page.
- Insert the User Profile macro.
- Select the macro and click the Edit (pencil) icon to open the macro settings.
- Observe the available configuration options.
Expected Results
- The macro settings should include options to customize the panel width and select different view modes (e.g., profile, summary), as indicated in the documentation and available in Data Center.
Actual Results
- The User Profile macro has fixed dimensions and lacks native editing options for width or view modes within the settings panel.
Workaround
- The macro can be indirectly "resized" by placing it within a table cell or a multi-column layout to constrain its visible width.
- This will cause the icon's to increase in size.
