Issue Summary

The info panel goes full-width in the Public link view. It expands from the extreme corner of the browser window. The same page, when logged in to Confluence, has the Info panel in line with the page title.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an Info panel to a page
2. Enable public link for the page.
3. View the page using the public link, and when logged in to Confluence 

Expected Results

The Info panel should show the same width when logged in and using the public link.

Actual Results

The Info panel shows a different width when logged in and using the public link.

Workaround

Zoom out the browser window and the Info panel should be aligned correctly.
