Issue Summary

Currently, Forge app modules like custom macros are enabled site-wide upon installation. There is no native way for administrators to disable specific macros in certain spaces, leading to cluttered editors or compliance issues in sensitive spaces.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Introduce Forge app property so custom macro can be applied at Space level.
2. There should be configurational option for macro to be enable at Space level.

Expected Results

Introduce a manifest property or a Confluence space setting that allows administrators to toggle individual Forge modules on or off per space 1.

Actual Results

Currently, there isn't any option.
