      The Table of Contents macro is not loading in Live Docs after a refresh

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Live Doc and add some heading text in it.
      2. Add a Table of Contents macro.
      3. Refresh the Live Doc.

      Expected Results

      Table of Contents macro should load correctly

      Actual Results

      Table of Contents macro does not load after a refresh.

      Workaround

      Convert the Live Doc to a page, and it should load correctly.
