Incorrect sorting in Confluence Admin Analytics "Users and Agents" table

    • Severity 3 - Minor

      Issue Summary

The "Users and Agents" table in Confluence Admin > Analytics > Activity exhibits unexpected sorting behavior when Rovo agent data is present. Sorting by "Views" or "Created" date fails to display human users correctly.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Confluence Admin > Analytics > Activity.
      1. Scroll down to the Users and Agents table.
      1. Attempt to sort the table by the Views column (descending).

      Expected Results

The table should show all actors (Humans and Rovo Agents) sorted by view count in descending order.

      Actual Results

Only Rovo with <User> entries appear. Human users with significantly higher view counts are missing from the UI.

      Workaround

Currently, the only way to view the full and correct analytics data for human users is to Export to CSV
