Running JMR does not fix all macros containing application links

      Issue Summary

      After migration from DC to cloud Jira macro repair tool on cloud is not replacing all the DC Jira macro that contain application link ID to Cloud ones.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create DC environment with macros containing Jira application links.
      2. Migrate from DC to cloud
      3. Execute Jira macro tool to repair all to System Jira (Cloud)

      Expected Results

      DC Jira macro links to be updated with Cloud URL

      Actual Results

      DC Jira macro links were retained and not replaced with Cloud application link ID.
