Issue Summary

The buttons such as "Charts", "Diagrams", "Infographics" and "Visualizations" are not reachable via keyboard-only navigation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Confluence Cloud homepage.
2. Within the main content area, navigate to the descriptive text using the keyboard.
3. Select the text so that the floating toolbar is displayed.
4. Using the Tab key, navigate to the "Remix" button and activate it -> a dialog opens.
5. Notice that focus is initially set on the input prompt.
6. Continue keyboard navigation using Tab or Shift+Tab to move focus to the available controls, such as the "Diagrams" button.
7. Observe that the buttons are not accessible via keyboard navigation.

Actual Results

The interactive controls such as, "Charts", "Diagrams", "Infographics" and "Visualizations" within the Remix dialog are not reachable using standard keyboard navigation when the dialog is first opened. Pressing Tab or Shift + Tab from the initially focused prompt textarea does not transfer focus to these controls. They become accessible by keyboard only after the user first clicks inside the dialog with a mouse.

As a result, keyboard-only and screen reader users are unable to navigate to, activate or utilise the functionality provided by these controls.

Expected Results

All interactive elements must be accessible via keyboard navigation. In this scenario, when the dialog opens, all interactive controls such as, "Charts", "Diagrams", "Infographics" and "Visualizations", must be reachable using Tab and Shift + Tab in a logical, cyclical sequence without requiring mouse interaction.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
