Issue Summary

The "Search, press enter to navigate to advanced search with your text query" combobox is not accessible through Voice Control.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Confluence Cloud homepage.
2. Turn on Voice Control.
3. Try to navigate to the mentioned combobox in the header section using voice commands.
4. Observe that the combobox is not accessible via Voice Control.

Actual Results

When users who rely on Voice Control attempt to navigate to the "Search" combobox in the header section, the control is not accessible. The combobox remains fully operable via mouse and keyboard, but it cannot be reached with Voice Control. This is because, the accessible name provided for the combobox “Search, press enter to navigate to advanced search with your text query”, is excessively long and prevents Voice Control from recognising the control.

As a result, Voice Control users will face difficulty in accessing the functionalities associated with the combobox.

Expected Results

Ensure that all interactive elements must be fully operable for all users, including those relying on voice control and other assistive technologies.

In this scenario, apply the following changes:

• Update the "aria-label" attribute for the search combobox as "Search".
• Provide a separate hidden <span> for the instruction text "press enter to navigate to advanced search with your text query".
• Add "aria-describedby" attribute to the <input> containing the combobox.
• Reference the unique "id" value of the element used to display the instruction text in the "aria-describedby" attribute.
