Issue Summary

"Show comments" and "Show details" controls get cutoff when viewed at 320 * 256 viewport.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Confluence home page.
2. Navigate to any page in view mode.
3. Navigate to the Floating Action Bar in the bottom-right corner of the page.
4. Now, open the browser developer tools (Inspector).
5. Activate the “Toggle device toolbar” button to switch to responsive mode.
6. In the device toolbar, from the device dropdown, select any mobile device or choose “Responsive”.
7. Set the viewport size to 320 × 256.
8. Observe that the "Show comments" and "Show details" controls are not available.

Actual Results

Content fails to reflow when the user views the page at a 320 × 256 viewport. The "Show comments" and "Show details" controls within "Expand/Collapse Action bar" toolbar is not fully available and accessible when the page is viewed at this viewport.

As a result, this will result in low-vision users finding it difficult to access the mentioned controls.

Expected Results

All the content on the page should be available when the page is viewed at 320 * 256 viewport. Ensure that all the page content is visible when viewed at 320 * 256 viewport. Use relative units to define font and container sizes in CSS to ensure that the page's content reflows correctly when viewed at 320 * 256 viewport. In addition, use CSS media queries to display web page content correctly when viewed using different devices, such as mobile phones, tablets, and so on.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
