Issue Summary

On the new editor, if we create a page using a template/ blueprint that has both variables and placeholder text, placeholder text located within a Page Properties macro won't be rendered on the screen to fill the variables

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page template with variables and a page properties macro
2. Add placeholder text within the page properties macro
3. Select to create a page with this new template

Expected Results

Placeholder texts should be rendered when filling the variables

Actual Results

Placeholder texts are hidden when filling variables:

This is the template	This is the screen to fill the variables

Workaround

Currently the available workaround is to first fill the variables and then proceed with the page creation, where the placeholder texts will be shown.
