Issue Summary
The decorative "Rovo" icon is not hidden from screen reader users.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Confluence Cloud homepage.
- Using a screen reader, navigate to the "Ask Rovo" button present in the header section.
- Observe that the decorative icon is announced by the screen reader.

Actual Results
The decorative icon have been given unnecessary textual description, such as "Rovo" using aria-label which is announced by screen readers along with the "Ask Rovo" button. However, it does not convey any additional or important information to screen reader users.
As a result, when the image receives screen reader focus, unnecessary textual description is announced.
Expected Results
The decorative icon should be hidden from screen readers.
In this scenario, remove "aria-label" attribute and add aria-hidden="true" to the <span> element containing the decorative icon.
