Issue Summary

Storage usage displayed in Atlassian Administration does not decrease after a customer deletes a large number of Confluence attachments and empties the relevant space trash.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Delete a large number of attachments from a Confluence site.
2. Empty the relevant space trash.
3. After the normal storage-reporting refresh period (~4 hours), view the site’s storage usage in Atlassian Administration.

Expected Results

The storage usage report updates to reflect the deleted attachments.

Actual Results

The storage usage report shows the previous storage total because the calculation does not complete successfully.

Workaround

Deleted data takes 30 days to be fully purged. Wait 30 days, then check the storage report again.
