Issue Summary
When an admin removes/blocks Confluence from Rovo Access, AI-related features should be fully removed from that app. However, "Ask Rovo" button continues to appear in Confluence's DB even after Confluence has been blocked.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the admin console (admin.atlassian.com).
- Remove/block Confluence from Rovo > Rovo Access.
- Confirm Confluence is no longer listed as an allowed app in Rovo Access.
- Create a new confluence database page.
- Observe the ASK rovo button in the toolbar.
Expected Results
All AI-related features, including "Ask Rovo" prompts, should be completely removed from Confluence DB once Confluence is blocked in Rovo Access. No AI entry points should be visible or accessible.
Actual Results
"Ask Rovo" continues to appear in Confluence DB surface despite Confluence being blocked in Rovo Access. The Rovo Access configuration is not being respected. Rovo prompts don't produce any results but this could create a security concern for the customers.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
