https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-84280 was previously closed as "Not a Bug," but the underlying audit gap remains.

Current Behavior:
When "Copy Space Permissions" is executed, the Audit Log captures a single Space permissions-copied summary event. However, it does not record:

• Which groups were removed from the target space

• Which groups were added to the target space

• The full before/after permission state

Expected Behavior:

• Every group added or removed during a "Copy Space Permissions" operation must generate its own discrete audit log entry

• Audit entries should include: actor, timestamp, space key, group name, permission level granted/removed
