Issue Summary

The save button is greyed out in Edit actions of Smart sections if "Fix version" field is selected in fields to edit.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Smart section in Whiteboard
2. Select Edit action and in the "Select work item field to edit", choose 2 fields
3. Ensure one field is Fix version.
4. Save the changes.
5. Select Edit action again and make a change to the values for any of the selected fields.

Expected Results

When you try to update the values of the selected fields, the Save button should get enabled

Actual Results

The select button is greyed out, preventing any further modifications

Workaround

Add a temp value for the Fix version field along with the value for the field you intend to update.

This should enable the Save button. Once Save is enabled, remove the temp value in the Fix version field.
