Issue Summary

Search bar defaults to Jira when selecting a space and does not display recently viewed work items by last view time

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Jira issue example AB-1

1. Navigate to the Search bar.

1. Check the list of recently viewed issues.

1. Observe that AB-1 does not appear as the first/recently viewed item.

Expected Results

The work items should appear as the first/recently viewed item

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

...the work items are randomly shown
