Currently, Confluence offers users the option to enable "Watch new blog posts" in a space, which automatically adds them as a watcher to any new blog posts created.

However, there is no built-in mechanism for space administrators to identify which users have enabled this setting or have added themselves as watchers to blog posts — making it difficult to audit or manage blog post watchers at scale.
