Issue Summary

Attachments macro fails to display uploaded files on Confluence pages despite successful upload.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert an "Attachments" macro into a Confluence Cloud page.
2. Upload a file to the page (either via the macro's upload field or by dragging and dropping onto the page).
3. Observe the page after the upload operation completes.

Expected Results

The uploaded file should be listed within the Attachments macro table on the page immediately after upload.

Actual Results

The file does not appear in the macro list. No error message or failure notification is displayed (silent failure).
Note: The file is confirmed to be successfully attached to the page, as it is visible under the page > "Attachments".

Workaround

Currently, no direct workaround is found to make the files appear in the macro, although they can be accessed via the page > "Attachments".
