Issue Summary
Users with the "Site Administrator" product role are unable to see the Automation entry in the space sidebar under Space settings. However, these users can successfully access and use the Automation interface if they navigate directly to the URL (/wiki/spaces/<spacekey>/settings/automation).
This indicates a mismatch between the UI visibility logic in the sidebar and the permission requirements enforced by the Automation service itself.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Confluence Cloud as a Site Administrator.
- Navigate to a space where you are not explicitly added as a "Space Administrator" (relying on site-wide admin rights).
- Go to Space settings.
- Observe that the Automation menu item is missing on the left sidebar.
- Navigate directly to https://<your-site>.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/<spacekey>/settings/automation
Expected Results
The Automation menu item should be visible in the sidebar for Site Administrators, consistent with their ability to access the page directly.
Actual Results
The Automation menu item is hidden.
Workaround
Users can access the space automation settings by navigating directly to: https://<your-site>.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/<spacekey>/settings/automation
