Issue Summary

In Confluence Databases, when a user attempts to expand an entry or view/add a comment in a cell that is taller than the database's visible display area, the action fails. Specifically, clicking "Expand entry" or "Show/add comments" causes the table to scroll slightly, but the panel or popup does not appear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create or open a Confluence Database.
2. Ensure at least one cell has content (e.g., long text) that makes the cell height larger than the vertical display area of the embedded database macro.
3. Hover over the cell and click the "Expand entry" icon (top right) or the "Show/add comments" icon.

Expected Results

The "Expand entry" panel should open, or the comment popup should appear, allowing the user to view or add details.

Actual Results

The table scrolls slightly, but the expansion panel or comment popup fails to open. The operation does not complete.

Workaround

1. Use the gray bar at the bottom of the embedded database to increase the vertical height of the database display area until the entire cell fits within the viewport.
2. If resizing is not possible, ensure the target cell is fully visible within the current display area before clicking.
3. Temporarily reduce the amount of content in the cell or reduce the row height so that it fits within the display area.
