Issue Summary

When using Rovo Chat in Confluence to create a whiteboard, the request fails and no whiteboard is created.
The issue has been reproduced through multiple Rovo entry points, including the Confluence Rovo side panel and Ask Rovo AI. Rovo remains available for

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Confluence page
2. Open Rovo Chat or Ask Rovo 
3. Ask Rovo to create a whiteboard
4. Submit the request

Expected Results

Rovo creates and opens a new Confluence whiteboard containing the requested content.

Actual Results

The request fails and Rovo displays an error such as:

Action execution failed 

In some cases, Rovo provides a text-based or Mermaid-diagram alternative instead of creating the whiteboard.

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
