Issue Summary

When running the Jira Macro Repair in Confluence, application IDs from Data Center (DC) will not display if the server name is empty and only the Application ID is present in the macro.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the JMR on an instance where there is a page with a macro, such as
   <ac:structured-macro ac:name="jira" ac:schema-version="1" ac:macro-id="<UUID>"><ac:parameter ac:name="serverId"><UUID></ac:parameter><ac:parameter ac:name="key">ABC-123</ac:parameter></ac:structured-macro>

Expected Results

• This application ID will be available for resolution in the JMR.

Actual Results

• This application ID is not displayed in the JMR
