Need a REST API endpoint to programmatically retrieve the permissions granted to connected/third-party apps on Confluence Cloud instance. This is essential for security auditing, compliance reporting, and governance of third-party integrations.

The Confluence Cloud REST API provide endpoints for content permissions, space permissions and user permissions. However, there is no API to fetch the list of connected/third-party apps installed on a site and permissions granted to each connected app.
