Issue Summary

The Team Calendar on a page intermittently appears and then disappears after loading.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a page with a Team Calendar present on it through and embedded Team Calendar macro.
2. Observe that after initially successfully loading it, the calendar vanishes after a few moments.

Expected Results

The calendar should stay visible in the loaded page.

Actual Results

The calendar vanishes after a few moments and the following errors can be seen at the browser Console logs:

Uncaught Error: tc/calendar-util missing tc-backbone 
.
.
.
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setParameter')

Workaround

Refresh the page to get the Team Calendar re-loaded.
