Problem
When importing Miro boards into Confluence Whiteboards, tables are not recognized as structured data. Instead, the importer flattens the table into a collection of individual lines and rectangles (shapes). This is expected behavior, per the corresponding support article, but the loss of structural integrity makes it difficult and time-consuming for users to edit or maintain the table content after the migration is complete.
Suggested solution
Update the importer to map Miro table objects directly to native Confluence Whiteboard table components.
Why this is important
Preserving table structure is critical for data usability and eliminates the heavy manual effort currently required to fix boards after migration.
Workaround
Manually create a native table in the whiteboard and copy-paste data from the source.
