Move/Return image pixel dimension input (Width/Height) to the top-level floating toolbar in the Fabric editor

      Problem

      To resize an image to specific pixel dimensions in the Confluence Cloud (Fabric) editor, users must select the image, click the "..." (More) menu, and then select "Resize" to reveal the input fields.

      Suggested Solution

      The pixel dimension input fields should be immediately visible on the floating toolbar upon selecting an image, similar to the experience described in current documentation

      • Alternatively, Make this a feature toggle within the individual user preferences.

      Why This Is Important

      The current 3-click process is a regression in usability for power users who need precise image alignment. Furthermore, the public documentation currently shows a UI where these fields are top-level, leading to customer confusion and perceived bugs.

      Workaround

      Click "..." then "Resize" to reveal input dimension fields
