Issue Summary

Attachments added to page comments show a broken/loading icon, and disappear entirely from the page Attachments section. This behavior is specifically triggered when adding the same attachment to a comment, which "breaks" existing attachments on the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page and add attachments (any, pdf. docx, etc.)

1. Publish the page - The attachment is visible without issues.

1. Then, add the same attachment to a comment on that page

1. After publishing the comment with the attachment and refreshing the page both files will show an error

1. The attachment is gone from the attachment section.

Expected Results

Both the page attachment and the comment attachment should remain accessible, and the file should be listed in the page's Attachments section.

Actual Results

Both files show a broken or "failed to load" icon. The attachment is completely removed from the page's Attachments section, and the content records no longer exist in the database.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
