Feature request

Currently,  collaboration limit on Whiteboards in Confluence Cloud is 60 users.
Customers have expressed the need for a higher collaboration limit to support larger teams working simultaneously on a single Whiteboard.

It would be beneficial to provide the ability to increase or configure the collaboration limit on Whiteboards to accommodate more concurrent collaborators.

Use case

Teams working on collaborative sessions such as brainstorming, planning, or workshops often exceed the current collaboration limit, which disrupts workflows and limits the effectiveness of Whiteboards for larger groups.

Expected outcome

Provide a configurable (or higher) collaboration limit for Whiteboards so larger groups can collaborate without interruptions.
