Issue Summary

In Confluence’s page version history, multiple users can be listed within a single version without any visual distinction regarding their actual contributions. The first user listed is the author who officially published the page version, while subsequent users are collaborators who contributed to an unpublished draft but never published it themselves.

This lack of distinction causes confusion and security concerns, especially when deactivated or unexpected users appear in the version history of a recently updated page simply because they contributed to an old draft in the past.

Steps to Reproduce

1. User A creates a page or an edit draft and makes some changes without publishing.
2. User B opens the same unpublished draft, makes additional changes, and clicks the Publish button.
3. Navigate to the page history.

Expected Results

The page history should clearly distinguish between the user who officially published the version and the users who only contributed to the draft. For example, it could list User B as the "Publisher" and User A as a "Contributor/Collaborator", or separate draft history from official published versions.

Actual Results

Both User B and User A are listed sequentially under the exact same version number with no visual distinction, making it appear as though both individuals simultaneously published the changes.
