Problem

After moving pages to another space, some pages become locked and prevent any further updates/publishing or further page moves. This fails due to a database timeout for the specific record

Environment

Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. move a considerable amount of pages to a new space
2. attempt to perform any mutation action to the same records
3. observe some pages are now locked and cannot be moved or published

• Additionally, same pages links will remain pointed to the previous space

Expected Results

The pages should be successfully moved or updated

Actual Results

The page move or update attempts fail due to a database timeout

Workaround

Waiting for the page move / link refactoring to complete and unblock the records (note: This can take up to 20+ hours for large page moves)
