Issue Summary

When we have a page title that has CJK characters, they don't show up in the auto-generated table of content of PDF space export.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with title that has mixed English and CJK characters, for example: "Test page 테스트 페이지"
2. Go to Space settings -> General -> Export space -> PDF
3. In the PDF's table of content it will show only "Test page ".

This issue does not happen with CJK texts within the page itself. 

Expected Results

The CJK characters should be displayed.

Actual Results

Only English characters are displayed.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
