Issue Summary

There are macros in Confluence that rely on search results for pages based on labels, such as page properties, content by label, and other macros (no label required) using filters to display pages with tasks, decisions on the macros from other pages.

Currently, there are some waiting time for the pages to display the content that rely on the search results.
Sometimes it can be instant, take a few minutes, and up to an hour (expected behavior in all cases).
This suggestion is to improve the search results/macros results to display the content in a faster way and make it more "stable" and reliable, as sometimes it can feel as a "huge delay" when results are displayed sometimes in minutes, and on peak hours, it can take up to an hour.
