Issue Summary
Portal-only customers are unable to view specific Confluence Knowledge Base articles through the Jira Service Management (JSM) portal. When an article contains a Page Tree macro, the page renders as a blank screen instead of displaying the content.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Confluence page and insert the Page Tree macro.
2. Ensure the Confluence space is linked as a Knowledge Base to a JSM project.
3. Set the KB viewing permissions to "All logged-in users."
4. Log in to the Customer Portal as a portal-only customer.
5. Attempt to open the article containing the Page Tree macro.
Expected Results
The article should load successfully, displaying both the text content and the Page Tree navigation.
Actual Results
The portal displays a completely blank page. No "Access Denied" or "Snag" error is shown, but the content fails to render entirely.
Workaround
Migrate Portal only customer account to Atlassian accounts: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/migrate-a-portal-only-customer-to-atlassian-account/

Or:
- Go to the Space setting of the impacted JSM project
- Go to Channels & self service > Knowledge base
- Change the selected value of the "Who can view" dropdown list for the impacted source
- Change the value back to "All logged-in users". It will reset the permissions.
- Ask you users to log out, clear their web browser cache, and log in again.
