Issue Summary

The top search bar is not working for several users. It doesn't give the option to write anything on it. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Confluence
2. Try to search for anything from the top search bar.

Expected Results

You can type in the search bar and are able to search for anything. 

Actual Results

You can't type anything since the search bar is unresponsive.

Workaround

Use rovo to perform the search 

Use cql: yoursite.atlassian.net/wiki/search?textfield="something" {}
