Issue Summary

Add search/filter to the Restricted Pages view (Space Settings → Content → Restricted) so admins can locate a specific restricted page when a space contains hundreds of them.

Use Case

Space and site admins are routinely directed to Space Settings → Content → Restricted to unlock or reset access. In large spaces with hundreds of restricted pages across deep page trees, this list has no search or filter, making it very hard to find the one page that needs attention. This is especially acute when an add-on (e.g. eSign for Confluence) "locks" a page by removing all edit restrictions except a service user, leaving the Restricted Pages view as the only admin recovery path. 

Suggested Feature

Add a search/filter box to the Restricted Pages view that lets admins filter the list by page title, and ideally by restriction type (view/edit) and who set the restriction.
